Client / Customer – any individual or legal entity that accesses the website and purchases services
Services – excursions, activities, transfers, and other tourist services displayed on the website
Order / Booking – the firm request made by the Client to purchase a service
3. Services Offered
Each excursion is described on its dedicated page, including itinerary, duration, inclusions/exclusions, and price. Photos and descriptions are for presentation purposes only and may slightly differ from actual conditions.
Camelia Tours Hurghada reserves the right to modify excursion programs due to reasons beyond its control, such as weather conditions, decisions of local authorities, or safety considerations.
4. Orders and Reservations
Bookings are made online by completing the order form.
An order becomes confirmed only after successful payment.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Camelia Tours Hurghada reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases (incomplete data, unavailability of services, or suspected fraud).
5. Prices and Online Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website.
Payments are made online via the payment processors available on the website.
Payment shall be made exclusively in the currency specified in the order/invoice.
Camelia Tours Hurghada does not store and does not have access to the Client’s card or payment details.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the type of excursion and apply as follows:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled excursion are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or no-shows are non-refundable
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7. Client Rights and Obligations
The Client agrees to:
-comply with local laws and follow the instructions of guides and staff
-hold valid travel documents where required
-arrive on time at the designated pickup location
Camelia Tours Hurghada is not responsible for missed excursions due to late arrival or failure to comply with instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Camelia Tours Hurghada shall not be held liable for:
unfavorable weather conditions
actions or decisions taken by local authorities
accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
loss or damage of personal belongings
Participation in excursions is at the Client’s own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphic elements, is the property of Camelia Tours Hurghada and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed solely for booking management and communication with Clients, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or by the competent courts of Egypt.
