This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through the Camelia Tours Hurghada website.
1. General Policy
By completing a booking and making an online payment, the Client agrees to the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled excursion are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation time is calculated according to local time in Egypt.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
Transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, governmental restrictions, safety concerns), Camelia Tours Hurghada reserves the right to reschedule the excursion or offer an alternative solution. Refunds in such cases are handled individually.
